French cuisine is always a veritable feast for the senses. Yet, the flavors of the cuisine of the French Riviera and Provence rely solely on the quality, diversity and freshness of the local products (produits du terroir). It is an association between Provence and the Mediterranean that offers such a rich palette of savors to a wide range of local products:

Herbes de Provence (aromatic blend of rosemary, savory, marjoram, basil and thyme), olives and olive oil AOC *(French certification label), and rosé and red wines (also AOC), goat and ewes cheese, lavender honey, candid fruits,…and even crystallized flowers!

From market stalls and local cafés to trendy brasseries and Michelin-starred restaurants; from wine and olive oil estates to cheese and honey local producers - my address book is full of the gourmet places that Provence and Côte d'Azur has to offer. Join me on a memorable journey in the regions of terroir, the cuisine of sun-drenched colors, alluring fragrances and strong earthly flavors of Provence and the Mediterranean!

French gastronomy and/or French cuisine is a must! During food tasting tours, with Your Guide Boba (a Licensed Professional Tour Guide), discover and explore a rich palette of flavours of the South of France. If you travel alone or as a couple, with family or friends or in a group, on a business trip or are part of an organized tour (coach tours, cruising tours, student tours, etc.), you can discover a wide variety of gourmet specialties of Provence and of the French Riviera, from traditional Provencal markets to best local food and wine producers.
